One out of two marriages end, and when it comes to relationships outside of marriage the figures are roughly the same. But life doesn’t end with it. It might feel at the time that the situation is hopeless; and that it’s emotionally heartbreaking, as well as financially crippling.
Suddenly becoming single again doesn’t make us a failure, mean that we are now doomed to be on out own for the rest of our days, or somehow cursed when it comes to relationships.

We usually agree six sessions and review how things are going at that stage. How long therapy continues for is very much a matter for you.
